An autodialler is a device which allows the trapped passenger/s to notify or talk to someone who can activate an emergency response.

Once the emergency button inside the lift car is activated, the autodialler automatically connects to one of a number of pre-programmed emergency telephone numbers.
It can be installed for all types of elevators, including non-Otis elevators.
a. The owner must provide a working telephone line in the machine room before system being installed.
b. A working line can be dedicated line or with the ext no. or ‘prefix’ line with ‘9’ in front.
c. Each auto dial out phone can be programmed up to 3 Phone No.
d. Should the 1st telephone number failed, within a minute it will automatically transfer to the next programmed number.
